Itechie started with a simple promise to local businesses: reliable IT support from people who actually show up. Early projects were modest — a handful of computers, a small office network, a first website — but every one was handled with the same care.
From Support to Software
As client needs grew, so did we. Requests for a website turned into requests for a booking system, then a full ERP. We built out dedicated capability in web and software development rather than outsourcing it — keeping quality and accountability in-house.

Today Itechie covers the full technology stack a growing business needs: infrastructure, networks, AMC support, ERP/CRM, mobile apps, digital marketing and cloud solutions — plus, through our sister companies, a foothold in Sri Lanka's music and entertainment industry.

Our ambition is straightforward: grow the number of businesses we can support end-to-end, deepen our AMC and support capability, and keep building the kind of long-term client relationships that got us here. This is our direction, not a claim of scale we haven't yet reached.
